Delivery & Installation

  • Prepare your home for delivery of your cabinets – review the Preparing for Your Cabinets videos
  • Delivery Day – using the packing slip provided by the delivery agent, check to ensure that all components are delivered
  • Within 7 days of delivery, open and inspect all components
  • If any part of your order is defective, broken or missing, immediately notify the store where you purchased your cabinetry. You can also call Shenandoah’s customer care department at 1-855-569-7862
  • Schedule all contractors that will be working on your project
  • Plan and complete the demolition of the space you are remodeling
  • Complete the installation of the cabinetry – if you are installing them yourself, check out our Installation Videos as well as product installation instruction
